Complex Wound Care
Designed for residents recovering from serious wound complications or extensive surgery, our Wound Care Program offers individualized wound care as well as comprehensive wound management. This includes development of a care plan by the interdisciplinary team that addresses nursing, dietary and rehabilitation treatment regimes. Our goals are to focus on health maintenance, to prevent complications, and to provide cost-effective access to quality care and state-of-the-art treatment.
Pet Therapy
It doesn’t take a scientist to understand that people love animals, but scientific studies have shown that the presence of pets also helps relieve stress and loneliness in humans. Our pet therapy program allows residents to regularly interact with pets who crave attention, and the residents receive love in return. Our programs range from animals that live at the facility to ones who frequently visit. The list can include cats, dogs, birds, fish and many more!
