From Our Residents and Families

At Kindred Healthcare, our hard work and efforts are rewarded daily by the patients and residents we serve. Not only are we thanked in person on a regular basis, we receive countless letters, poems and artwork showing appreciation. This story is representative of many we receive. Dear Parkwood,  August 2007

May I take this opportunity to thank the entire staff at Parkwood for all the love and exceptional care given to my friend while she was with you all.  Alice's case had been a difficult one in may ways.  She had been in and out of several facilities by the time I was appointed her guardian in February of this year.  The hospital where she was just before going to Parkwood was having difficulty finding a place for her from my home in Kentucky; I could only hope a suitable place would be found, and our prayers were more than answered.

Alice's friends who visited her could not say enough nice things about the care she received: the loving and attentive staff, the cleanliness of the facility, and the genuine concern;  I felt it too, in every contact I had with staff-including the office staff, Johna Drew, was especially helpful.  And toward the end, the loving calls to my home concerning Alice's condition and the care given to her in every way was evident to all of us.  We can never thank you enough.  Your facility is an exemplary one!

God Bless,
Deb

Dear Parkwood,

You, all of you, are the story of nursing facilities that I share with others! You have been such a comfort to me, especially a child who has to live so far from her parent.  Thanks for your hard work and dedication toward making Lebanon, IN a better place to call home.

God Bless,
Karen
