OUR CENTER

Kindred Transitional Care and Rehabilitation - Parkwood in Lebanon, Indiana, offers short-term rehabilitative as well as long-term care - a full range of medical, nursing, rehabilitation, including the area’s only Certified Hand Therapist (CHT), and social services to treat and support each of our patients and residents. Our center offers a specialized program, complete with two secured Alzheimer’s Units, catered specifically to the needs of those with Alzheimer’s or other forms of dementia.

Many of our patients go home after a few weeks, but for those who are unable to return home right away, we provide safe, compassionate care in an environment that fosters independence and dignity.
